Name that caliper

Might anyone know what caliper this is? or what it is off of? It's on a 69 RoadRunner and the guy I bought it from said it had a "later disc conversion done to it." Shame on me for not getting more info because now I have no clue. It's definitely a Chrysler product. The autoparts store didn't know based off the numbers and it's a little difficult to find pictures of old Mopar brake calipers on the net. I have a larger version if anyone needs to see more detail. The numbers are as follows.
The upper center emboss has 4542B
Lower left numbers are 3688
Lower right is Pentastar 882

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated. They need pads! ... and a bath and a rattle can

If it a later conversion it has to be a 11 inch.Maybe off a Cordoba or a Aspen...

How about a pic of the other side and maybe a pad?

I can measure the rotor too. Is there a way to post a bigger picture but still meet the size requirements of the post?
