Thread size for Seat Belt bolts

Can anyone tell me what the proper size and Threads should be for 69 RR seat belt-to-body hardware?

It looks like a 7/16 bolt but I have tried a -14 and -20 and neither fit... is it a finer thread?

You might try running a 'thread chaser' through the threads. This should help.
