73 charger rear sway bar

It is Missing, build sheet says it is supposed to be there, the brackets are there and the bushings look in great shape.
Twofold question, if there was not supposed to be a rear sway bar, would the brackets be there and if there was supposed to be a bar, where can I get a new one?

is there any rear sway bar link plates?? and will they fit a '73-'74 satilite?? is it for sale,just the plates,please thanks Pat

The plates bolts everything is there no I won't split it been off car since late 70s original equipment
