Fibreglass parts are never perfect out of the box. Some are better than others, but you must figure that you will be body working them to make them fit and to make them look even half straight. It's the nature of fiberglass. I have installed many oem vette panels that needed work to make them work.
I have a pair of fenders and front and rear bumpers that I am considering trading for their steel counterparts. The fenders fit pretty good, but to pretty them up, will require a bunch of mud work. Also, be prepared for the parts to lose their "straighteness" over time. I have body worked many a "show" Vette only to have them ripple up over time... That's why the oem doesn't use fiberglass anymore, and have gone to SMC (sheet molded compound) as it's more stable...
Fiberglass is not suited to a show vehicle, but looks good from 50 ft. Lol.
