Will a 67 V8 K member work in a 65 Dodge ? Mine has a 6 cyl. K member but I have a 67 K member. Thanks ahead, Kent.
 
Yes, it will move the engine back about 1 3/4 to 2 inches.

I have a 318 K member from a 63 Dodge 440 car if that will help. Real good price, too.

I've got a '65 Satellite 318 car and I want to install a 440. Do I need a big block K member or just one of these install kits I've been hearing about? What would I use for the trans crossmember?
 
Call Shumacher, they will have what aya need....Shumacher Creative Servies or engine-swaps.com. Hope this helps.
 
62-65 v8 K Memeber

Looking for a 62-65 B body V8 K member.

All the '65 V8 K members are the same as are all the automatic trans crossmembers. Just get the right mounts and engine brackets for any '62-'65 big block and go.

And create a whole bunch of other headaches in the process. Do yourself a huge favor and take one of the following guys up on his offer. DAMHIK

BTW - There are no small block/big block K frames, just 6 cyl/8 cyl. The mounting brackets make the difference and yes, Schumacher's got 'em.

I too have few 62-65 K's but my 62 V-8 has way different motor mounts that my 63-5 ones.

63-65 K-frame

We have a very nice used one....... that was removed from 64 Polara
with a poly 318. K-frame's are the same Smallblock and Bigblock. PM if interested.
