I'm thinking on selling my 64 Polara project. I've been bit by the Harley bug. What I have is a southern, 2dr car, with southern rust. 70K miles, poly 318/auto, PS, PB, and factory AC. I have a 4dr parts car and a bunch of new, used, and reconditioned parts. I've been gathering parts for 8-10 yrs. As trim parts became available, new repops or nice OEM, I bought them. I have $1500-$2000 worth of that stuff. A complete polara 500 interior less door panels. All NOS gold upholstry, seat foam, carpet, headliner, and package tray. There's $2000-$2500 worth of that. I have 4 spd peddles, a manual steering box, a floor console that is a bit rough and it's auto. I have hard to find poly headers. OEM trunk floor, pass side 1/4 from a 4 dr. The list goes on. To buy a solid project car and all the parts I've bought, you'd have $7000-$8000 in it. If I can get $7000 for it, I'll sell it. Here's a link to some of the stuff. IT IS A PROJECT not a driver although I drove it from the trailer to where I parked it. Thanks for your time and consideration. http://www.flickr.com/photos/75992550@N04/sets/72157629958510260/
I might consider a trade for a Harley, no Sportsters though, I'm too big.

Raising the price is rare alright...

Good luck on your sale, looks like you've acquired some nice pieces for it.

hello

I know how you feel, had a 66 polara 500 and a ton of aquired nice parts that i let go,if you consider selling any parts please let me know,i need a clutch and brake pedal assy for my 65 satellite, thanks and good luck.

Looks like a solid car, far better than mine when I started......Good Luck!

If I didn't have the Harley bug I'd never consider selling. I have so much stuff for the car that's not listed, hard to find stuff. The kind you save back for your own car. It would probably be to my best interest to just keep it but you know how it is when you get an itch.

Since my last post, I've bought a Harley. I guess I'm a bit more motivated to sell although I'd still like to keep it. Anyway, it's still available if anybody's interested.
