"do not buy from this guy" i paid him $165.00 with shipping for a shroud that i haven't received, he hasn't returned any of my e~mails, as of 9-2-12 today is 9-15-12 if you have any suggestions regarding pay~pal and how to Handel this please help

Call paypal and tell them to refund the money and if that dont work call your cc company and have them refund the money, then they will go after paypal.
 
Give him a little more time... Terry has been out of town for 9 days and was unable to respond to E-Mails. I am in a similar situation and am waiting on some bumpers from him that I have paid for. But, I just got ahold of him and he said he will do his best to get caught up. Just saying to give him a little more time. He is a respected auto dealer in KC and has a ton of 60`s B-Bodies on his properties. I have done alot of buisness with him and have not been disapointed. He is slow shipping the parts, but they have been worth the wait... Hope this makes you feel a little better. Mike

Hopefully you'll get what ya'll paid for and perhaps in the future, the seller will tell people when he is going out of town to avoid situations like this.

Mike thank you for your response, sent Terry another E-mail in hopes that he will respond, unfortunately to protect my self i have opened a pay`pal dispute in hopes that we could resolve this, again thank you B~Bodie Members for your support & Suggestions, Jay.

Mike, i never got a hold of him & he has never responded, but pay-pal did get me my money back, so all is good, Thank you for the Help.:hello2:
 
Don't know if it's the same person but I kringe when I hear "62 65 B-body parts" and "Kansas City" in the same sentence. That equals "Nightmares"..This dates back about 3 years but it was like yesterday...That's all I got to say about that.
 
FYI: Ordered and just received (2) 63 Fury armrests in very good condition, packed well, shipped fast and reasonably priced. Good communication as well. Buy with confidence.
 
coloradodave glad to here you had go results terry & i had great communications right up to when i paid him, then he went M.I.A "don't get it ?" but oh well,
