I was over on fabo and there was a thread on bad quality fan shrouds. I need one for my gtx and don't want to have the problems they were having as far as the fans warping from heat. I'm looking for one also. Summit is selling them for $95 with free shipping, and Mancini has them for $90. plus shipping. Wonder if they are all the same?

i bought one for my 71. it's for a 26 inch radiator...i went to an electric fan, so i don't need it. what size is your radiator? mine is mopar

I had not heard about this! Thanks for bringing it up. I used to run a factory plastic shroud on my old Impala 20 yrs ago and it worked great. It looked like ABS - more rigid in my opinion. It never warped or had issues. I bought a re-pop plastic 22" shroud through Dante's Mopar last year and never used it. Now I'm building a 451 big block and want to use a shroud, but was thinking I didn't want to use the 2 piece metal shroud. Now I'm having 2nd thoughts. Are there any good repro 1-piece plastic shrouds out there for our B body mopars?
