Found one at the salvage yard, now looking for its mate. I need a 14x6 steel wheel, with 5 on 4.5" bolt circle, which accepts the later dog dish caps.

I'm not concerned with date codes or what have you, but would like it to be an identical match in general appearance to the first one. I'll post a picture soon to show exactly what I have.

I hope this doesn't turn out to be an exceedingly rare and pricy item... in which case, I guess I have one for sale. :laughing1:

The closer to Alberta (western Canada), the better.

I think I have one. You can have it for the cost of shipping if you want it.....although I am in Georgia. I would like to thinki you can find one closer, but if you cannot, let me know. I'll go out today and measure it. When you say "later dog dish" which size do you mean? 9" or 10"?

Thanks for the reply. It is a 9" cap for this wheel. Here's a link to pictures of the wheel I already have:

Backspacing, as measured from the mounting face to the outermost lip of the wheel, is 4" if I measured correctly.

that is a 1968 wheel. Being a 6", I suspect it came off a Chrysler
