Hi all, I'm the proud 3rd owner of a 1976 Cordoba. Bought it last spring with 20K actual miles ... it's nearly in showroom condition. Wasn't shopping for a car, but we stumbled across this one in a classic car consignment place in Michigan ... I had a 76 Cordoba in college 20 years ago. We jumped at the opportunity and are loving it.

Replaced the LB with a Mopar electronic ignition and the TQ and stock manifold with Edelbrock stuff. The Mancini gent told me "a couple hours" for the swap ... it only took me a couple months to get it running again :)

If anyone has questions about the LB replacement, please let me know. I learned plenty from the experience.

Welcome to a fellow Detroiter! Let's see some pix of that rich Corinthian leather. :)

As soon as I can figure out how to post pics.....Guess I got it. No rich leather here, but some comfy velour and of course the plush carpet on the floors (and doors...).

Congrads on finding a very nice car!
Thanks for joining.
Welcome aboard

Thanks to all. Very lucky find, for sure. I'm a shade-tree mechanic at best, and a skeptic, so 20,100 to be exact seemed ridiculous for a 36 year old car. But the chrome, detail sticker down the side, and interior are all flawless ... unbelievable. There are small spots of rust around the wheel wells, but they seem superficial. Nice to know you can still find a car like this for $5200. Hope to be cruising Woodward Ave next summer.

welcome to the site nice ride thanks for sharing

What engine is under the hood? and welcome!
Thanks. It's got a 400 big block with 4 bbl carb, no a/c. Like yours it was completely original when I got it, and I've since gotten rid of the Lean Burn and replaced the intake manifold and carb with Edelbrock Performer and the distributor with the Mopar electronic ignition.
