Need help to figure out this plug please!

I'm trying to figure out what this plug is and what it plugs into. It's on a wiring harness supposed to be for a 73 dodge charger.

Western Colorado High Desert

That goes to the dash cluster on a Non-Rallye cluster. The other red and black wire with ring ternimals goes to the amp gauge.

looks just like my 69 road runner speedometer cluster plug
