I need a set of trunk torsion rods from a 68-70 B Body convert. They ARE different (shorter) than those on the hardtop or sedan.

Just my 2-cents..... IF this is not a show car & it's possible.... why not cut down a set of hardtop ones?

Being springs, I don't know hold long the weld would hold up, assuming you sectioned the middle. I suppose you could heat up and recurve one end and cut off the excess, but then you run the risk of losing the temper.
