lol I must be lucky (well I know I am) becuz my girl asked if the shop will be big enough!! She loves to wrench just as much as I do. She did ask for her own area for doing upholstery work. Yep I have my own in house interior specialist :headbang:
And it does help that she loves the house! We have plenty of room now for when we have a house full. The chance to have a garden again really sealed it for the Mrs. So yup everyone is happy as can be!!
Only 24 more days until we move in!!!!!!

Well I gotta tell that is going to a a real long 24 days..glad everyone is happy that is the main thing.

In house upholstery shop? Damn now i'm even more jealous :headbang:

I don't see a door big enough to get car in is there a door on end of shop. Realy not big deal you can put one in. The other thing looks like no one lives to close you work lat and not worry about noise. Great find steve

good for you guy's

great score and the bonus is she's happy too. tip, do up your list of stuff for the walls behind the drywall. thought, i went all the way around with 1/2" plywood standing on end and dry wall above it. something to think about. the checker board you see is plywood.

very nice shop. good luck and have fun with it. :headbang:

On both ends of the shop are big sliding doors. They slide torwards the middle of the shop. And are just as tall as the shop so I can fit my mud trucks inside too.

electric outlets, lots, 6 to 8 ft apart. 220v at each end
air line and outlets, lots, 30x50 shop i have 10 outlets. 1/2 copper, should of been 3/4 or 1" pipe for volume.

this is just stuff i learned. your shop-your call. you theoretically only have one time for behind the walls.

for Christ's sake-- have fun with it lol

Very nice, but will not be big enough. Got a 48x80 with 14 foot walls, to small. Even put a 30x40 with 14 foot walls up in front of the bigger one, still to small. Maybe I need to downsize, think not. But you got enough room to add on at least.

Well I'm sure I will out grow it and when that happens that is already covered...On the property there is two yes I said "two" shops. Both are 100x30's but the other one is alot taller and has one single huge door and a entry door. The people we are getting the house from is using it for storage now. I told them I was in no hurry to get into that one...yet lol. I figured I would just get the other one up and running first then work my way to the other shop. That way I can get to working and get a new customer base built up and then when money comes in turn the other shop into a wrenching/storage and keep this one just for body and paint. Well that's the plans anyways...
