Don't know if you can buy new still or if somebody repops 'em but I see them on ebay all the time.

since,acording to the manuel,those are disposable when you take apart the column they would be more available.sadly they are not.try ebay like theman said.i normally switch to aftermarket floor shifter and install a switch there.
