a '66 Belvedere 2dr post. It has a /6 with 3 speed. But I also get a Hemi engine cradle (welded and powder coated), 4 speed tranny, dana 60 (hemi rearend), with the car. I have spent some time looking around the site and do not notice any post cars of the 66 or 67. Is the post car more rare than the hard top? Is it worth more being more rare, or just that it is more rare? How can I tell if the engine cradle is in fact a Hemi cradle? I have a '69 440HP that will go in it, will the Hemi cradle work for the 440? Am I better off getting conversion mounts from Schumacker and turn the hemi cradle? I'm just trying to get some information before I go look at the car this Sunday. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

All Mopar K members for that era are the same for V-8s except the Hemi. They only made 3 K members. /6, V-8, Hemi only. You will have no problem finding a cheap V-8 K member and there will be good buyers for your Hemi K.

There seems to be not much value difference currently between 2 door sedans and 2 door hardtops for 66-67 cars. That was not the case at the peak of prices and I believe it will turn around again later. The sedans have their value in the race car community and the hartops with the street car crowd, which is stronger right now. I believe it is because the classic race car is much more of a luxury today than the old street muscle car in terms of being able to justify keeping or buying in this economy. When money begins to flow again this will change as the old "original race only" type cars will again be recognized for their limited numbers and value.

So, what would the Hemi Cradle be worth? Rough estimate?
