I almost said if it sounds too good to be true, it is. But then i remembered the diamond plate, and any fool who did that would be about dumb enough to do abouta anything.

Car looks "rough" to me.
Sorry, just my opinion.
"IF" ...If it were a 70 W-30...yup
That primer color is hiding lots of sins.

it should read , 15,000 invested in diamond plate

Yeah, the diamond plate, primer, and not too good photos are hiding lots of stuff. I'll bet its a bondo beauty. If he really did put $30,000 into it, he must have about $22,000 in cash hidden in the trunk.

That generation of Cutlass is pretty easy to find and turned into a 442 clone for $30,000 or less.

The ad said not your father's oldsmobile, he's right cause my father would never put that plating in there in the first place. But, to each their own I guess.

That diamond plate should be easy to remove. Might look nice in deep blue with a white roof...

LOL!!! I guess you would need all that horsepower to move the extra weight of the diamond plating....

under all that crap is a fixable old cutlass & running & soild is prob worth the $5K ...but its way under the ulgy...
