Hey there. This is so cool to have a 66-67 Charger Section!! :notworthy:

I've owned my '66 for 3 years now. It has a warmed over 440, dual quad, 4-speed. Almost everything is new. Right now I have the engine (2000 mile) torn apart due to a bad lifter. I should have it fixed by the middle of February.

frickin sweet ! black with a red interior , very nice. love the dual quad and the pistol grip

Here is a photo bucket link of the car (pictures are too large to post on this site) with as purchased pictures of my 1966 Charger that I bought and drove home from Canada 1700 miles in July.

Per the fender tag it was built Jan. 12, 1966.
The car had 79K original miles on it when I picked it up.
It WAS a 383-4 auto trans car with P.S., P,B, P.W., remote and pass. mirror, bumper guards, clock, 4 way flashers, emergency brake warning light, AM radio. I believe it had all options except A/C, headrests and disc brakes.
Original manual with name and address in it. Delivered to Canada new so the manual can be flipped over and is in French.
The car was repainted around 2006 in a black cherry color (driver quality) and was originally medium turquoise metallic (same color as my Hemi car) and it has a white interior.

The car is NOW a 523 stroker with roller cam and 870 Holley.
Passon 4 speed OVERDRIVE with pistol grip shifter.
Dana 3.54 rear end.
I added the biggest sway bars I could buy front and rear.
Classic Air A/C kit.
Sequencial tail lights.
A hidden trailer hitch behind the license plate.
Repo Magnum 500s 15"X8" 275/60R rear and 15"X7" 235/60R front tires and wheels.
AM/FM conversion of original radio with auxillary amp under the driver's seat two front and two rear speakers with trunk mounted sub-woofer with dash mounted independant control.

I will post the pictures with modifications after I get the bugs worked out and the car cleaned up.

Nice car. Very clean. I love the white interior. How do you like the sequential tail light? What brand is it?

Thanks. I wish the guy would have painted it the original color but I like this color too.
I will have to look up the people I bought the kit from but it was about $70. They look really cool on thes cars. When you have the 4 way flashers on they go from the cente to the outside on both sides.
