I've had good luck with the Mopar conversion kits. Everything you need comes with. Jegs has them for $225.

here. you need an EI distributor , EI box, the ballast , and the wiring pigtail. they sell complete kits

I really like the Mopar stuff too. I see MSD this and MSD that all the time, but that Mopar conversion is hard to beat IMHO.

Geez 225? Been a while since i had to buy one. I think I paid 125 last time. That was a while ago obviously. They are a breeze to install and worth every penny. The only drawback to the factory dizzy is fine tuning the advance curves is a bit of a pain since they are deep inside the thing.

Pertronics works great if you want to keep your original looking distributor. Other than that Mopar Performance is the way.

If cost is your driver, look at the 'Skip White' distributor ($54!). http://www.skipwhiteperformance.com/listview.aspx?Product=A&Sub=C It is a self contained electronic setup. Its noticable difference is that it runs a newer cap (male ends...Leave the 'keeper hat' off the wires and you don't notice the difference.) and has a small square box on the side. Drops right in. Only 'mod' to make it work is to to bypass the balast resister (connect wires with a pigtail) or do like I did and remove the reo-stat from the back of balast and solder in a piece of 18gauge wire. Leave it in place to look original.
