I bought this car back in September, it was a complete running slant six, 3 speed car that was last plated in Missouri 1986. The car came with new quarters, trunkfloor, not installed, as well as a good used right rear frame rail which it definately needed

Welcome. That car has a lot of potential for whatever you want to do with it.

Welcome aboard. Another green one getting saved. Keep the pictures coming as you go along.

Welcome aboard! Yes please keep the updates coming, looks like a sweet ride coming!

Trunk floor was non-existant and the right rear rail was punky

original title says Florissant Missouri

Both front rails were worse than I thought once I started poking at them. I found a 70 Coronet parts car with decent front rails, I also stripped off anything else I thought I could use or sell/trade for other parts

My plans call for a 5.9 Magnum so the Slant6 has gotta go, thankfully I found a new home for it locally as it was a very good running motor

Time for the new/used rails!

not waisting anytime!

I started this back in October, I'm just going through my pics and will soon be catching up to where I am at now. I haven't actually done all this work in one week:toothy12:, right now I have the motor/trans in for mock up and working on the wiring harness, I'm hoping to test fire sometime this week

Way to go, love seeing someone not scared away by a little or allot of rust. Good luck

fitting the A518, didn't have to modify the floor but I did have to take a bit out of the floor brace. I will box it again once I am done
