OK, I messed up the last thread so I'm starting over. I want a high end B body, not an E body. I already have an E body Cuda.

Looking for very nice driver quality, not a museum piece. I'm going to drive it.

How bout like a survivor type that needs a resto? Very solid body.

EddieE,
Go to "Cars on line"
Scroll down to Plymouth OR Dodge...
Take your pick.

B body

64 Fury came from California. Same owner for the last 25+ years. Is in PA near Pittsburgh. As clean as you can get.Loaded with goodies. Pm me for contact info if you want.

I like it, but now my wife (nag) is in the mix looking over my shoulder. She would LIKE me to focus on 68 through 70 cars. For the record, or maybe a circle back, what's the asking price on that nice Fury?

You would have to talk to the owner.I know he has plans to take it to MATS in Las Vegas in March.

It doesn't get more high end than this in 66. And it's real. Not a clone.

What constitutes high end? I plan on selling my super bee in the next 6 months once I get the 440 back in it. You can see it in my pictures

May sell my GTX

Your Charger is stunning...but see references to nag above. I should have done this research at work and just taken the heat when I showed up with it.

Good question. I'm looking for a car with an excellent bodybecause I can't do body and paintwork. I guess for the right car I couldcontract the body/paint to a friend that does show cars, but that would be if Icouldn't find any car that was finished. I have the equipment at home to doengine/trans swaps, so I guess I'd consider a car that needs NO body/paint workand needs ONLY an engine and trans. I really don't want to get into sourcing a lot of exteriorand interior trim parts.
All that said, I really want a complete driver that's gonethrough a QUALITY restoration.

Understand. I just thought I'd throw it out there. I'm in no hurry to sell it because I do enjoy driving it around.

I'm thinking an SB is out of my range. I don't want to have to sell my cuda to get something that high end. Pretty car though.

may be you ought to post ,more of what the nag would like , color , year, engine ,trans , and amount of puchase range.

EddieE,
Go to "Cars on line"
Scroll down to Plymouth OR Dodge...
Take your pick.

seems like most of those adds are years old and never get updated.. I tried a few of them a while ago

If only life were that simple...do I have the only one that knows what she doesn't like, not what she likes? If she knew enough to make that call I'd be having her do all the homework and payng for it.

To answer your question directly, color, engine and trans are variables that I'll assess car by car. The year preference is 68 to 70. However, I'm not locking myself into any specific criteria at this point. I'm buying a toy.

:thinker:she must have a color range on her likes and dislikes ,dodge or plymouth , go to google type in say photos of 68-70 road runners ,photo images will pop up have her look at them ,then she can see the years and colors ,then do the same for dodges, ask her can she drive a stick, then post up on google what you want to buy ,they'll come up , your best friend is the internet
