Post a price per the rules

Sorry I forgot to add price. I am looking for around $38,000 for the car or best offer.

I would like to find someone who will enjoy the Roadrunner as much as my family has over the years. My Father and I found this car in 1989 and together we restored it between 1996 to 1997. When we found it it was already turned into a late 70s Love Machine/Custom Show Car just very faded. Much like the vans of the era.

The entire car was taken down to the last bolt and restored up. Since 2003 this car was used in magazine write-up to test new parts for Mopars. Over the years different carbs, exhaust systems, brakes, and tires and rims have been on this car. Currently it has on it one of the first reproduction Mopar Performance 440 6Pak set-up, a pre-production Be-Cool radiator system for B body, March pulley system, TTI headers and exhaust system. I do have many of the original parts as well.

This car has been loved and cared over the years and now that my Father has passed away I would like to see it bring joy and happiness to another family. If you feel you can be the next caretaker for this bird then please contact me.

I will try to take more pictures this weekend if the weather is good in New Jersey.

sorry about your father and good luck with the sale. Nice looking RR. Can you tell what magazine it was? Just curious.

Tallhair thank you about my Dad. He passed away in 2001. The car has been in a couple of magazines since 1997. Never as a feature car, but as write-ups on new products for Mopars. The writer and photographer has been a family friend name Scott. He is currently a writer for Hot Rod. He just did a story on Old Szhool Hot Rods on the Jersey Shore.

Sorry to all I have not answering or calling back. Just came back from a week long business trip late last night. Today is a beautiful day in NJ so I will be taking some new pictures of the car and posting them here tonight. If you have any questions please contact me. I enjoy talking about the car and its history with my family. As I said before I would like to see this Roadrunner go to someone who is going to care about her as much as my family has.

Thank you,
David
