Need a bunch of interior items - kick panels, door sill plates, window crank handles, chrome door handles, seat belts, dash plastic and chrome plates and buttons, headrests, etc. Of the 3, which has the best quality and selection? The classic industries catalog I have is pretty extensive and I bought some nice outside door handle assemblies from them, but not sure about interior parts.

I am getting my seat covers from Legendary.

Not sure on headliner.

IMHO, i wouldnt buy from Classic again. purchased some white armrests and they were yellow!!! purchased the dash end caps (down by the knee pad) and they weren't even close to the originals.

Dante is having his annual group buy ending this Friday. Call him up for big savings.

Just priced repop door panels. Legendary is $302/pair for fronts and classic industries sells the same Legendary panels for $289. How can buying factory direct cost more??? Or should I just have my shop recover my originals?

Not sure about vinyl colors for arm-rests, but I've bought re-pop chrome outside door handles with all new mechanism from classic industries and the fit and finish were excellent.

I bought new front door panels from Dante's. Same thing, they were from Legendary, but 20 bucks cheaper at Dante's. He had a discount running at the time. Great to deal with too. The only time I talked to any one at Legendary, they were a bit "unpleasant" on the phone.

I've had the same experience with Legendary several times, but other times I get some other person and they're really cool. I guess it depends on who you talk to. Classic Industries has always been very helpful and so far so good.

If I'm ordering seat covers AND extra custom color material to match, I'm thinking I need to go through Legendary direct since I don't think I can order bulk vinyl from one of these distributors. Legendary was nice enough to point me to their vinyl supplier (SMS auto fabrics), but they said their color codes may be different...

I got my Charger front seat foam from Dante. Drop shipped from Legendary. Still was the cheapest.

What is a group buy? For b bodies only?

I think it is when you buy a complete interior set(panels, armrest, etc..). I guess call them and find out for sure what their set consist of.

I've been dealing with Dante for years. Definitely a good dude.

X2 on Dantes.Believe it or not but buying a complete interior kit from him is actually cheaper than direct from legendary and to top it off it is drop shipped straight from legendary.Seemed like around $200 in savings.Dante is one of the good guys and when you call you talk with him direct not someone who barely speeks english.

A number of suppliers don't want to undercut their distributors so they sell at a slightly higher price directly.

I found the same thing is true with Centerline wheels. Summit is cheaper than direct. Thanks for chiming in on that.

Bought all my upholstery from Dante a few months back, he was having a sale for two days and I was going to be out of town.
He took all my info and processed it during the sale for me while I was gone, saved a bunch of cash.
Top notch kinda guy in my book.

I bought my new interior from Dante's. Top quality brands, Legendery, Metro, REM etc. No hassle, fast delivery over the pond.
If you live in Europe, Dante is the guy to call!

Listened to a recording from the guy at Dantes. Most of the parts that all these guys get are from the same supplier. What he claims that sets him apart is the items that they have made specificly for them. He caters mostly to e-bodys.

what sets Dante from the rest is service..
when you have a problem,he takes care out it without a delay or hassle without crap..

i fought with AMD for 9 months
getting a return on parts they made WRONG in the first place!
AMD flat out lied to me and only after i caught them and confronted them
9 months later and after one of thier vendors also got involved
the 6th person i talked to on the phone did i get a refund...
i would happily pay more not to relive that nightmare that
held up my project for a year!

The group buy link says it ends in 2011!!

Is there a new one?

I've been looking at seat covers, but Legendary has upped their prices by about 33% since the new site came up.

I finally convinced myself to shell out at the old price, and now this...
