Well the 63 330 is finally back in my shop. Paint job took forever! It looks good in the original WW1 white.

I have been working on the engine compartment, installing dual circuit master cyl and all new brake and fuel lines. Brakes are the original Police Persuit 11x3" drums f&r.

A buddy is helping me with the lettering. One side almost done now....

Have to mount the MW scoop to the hood.
Stripes on the roof and deck lid are next !!!

Sweet project! Good to see the hand painted lettering, with all the wraps these days that is a dying art. Look forward to the finished product.

Thats a sweet looking car, great project and i to looking forward to seeing this completed. Great work!

Dude, i love tht car. TIME FOR SOME ENGINE ****.

My friend and engine builder and famous for his trannys, Ray Christian, actually bought one of the 2 "Original Ramchargers" cars , directly from them, and there is a lot of very visable changes in the body that someone that is in the know , can spot 300 feet away. There is also a reason that a lot of the "Ramchargers" clone cars say "Candymatic" or "Rumchargers", on the sides. Is there anyone else out there that knows the differences?

The name and candy stripes are trademarked by the ramchargers and you need to be liecensed to use the name and paint scheme.

i like it looks great.

Interestingly, the Ramchargers showed up at their first race with a pair of brand new 330 2 drs that appeared to be labeled as Polara 500 2 door sedans !!
They replaced the "330" on the A pilar with "500" letters to justify the replacement of the stock 330 tail lites with the large full width Polara 500 die cast tail lite panel - which they filled with LEAD to aid in weight transfer..!! The spare tires were also filled with water and left in place in the trunk. The stock 330 grille, DODGE fender emblems and bench seats were retained.....
