Okay fellas, time for our favorite game show

That's nice, but what the hell is it ?

For those unfamiliar with the game. I post up an item and you have to guess what it is and/or it's use. The only rules are it will be car related ie. nothing ribbed for her pleasure. Unless of course it can also help you fix your car, that'd be okay I suppose

Hmmmm, Is this proprietary to Mopar by any chance?

Well, it's proprietary to me I guess. I just got done making it.

It might work on other cars, but I made it with a '68 B body in mind.

Johnson Valve ---> is a mechanism used in dams and water pumping to control the flow of water through large water pipes.

It's an manuel belt winder for the alt, crank, and WP pulleys. It would be bigger if you had AC. The other side is for the PS pump/crank.

Does it have something to do with getting the clutch pedal spring on?

No, but your getting warmer.

Or maybe going over 150?

Nope.

Oh hell, that's easy, it's a Dumaditchy.
The real question is, does it work?

Strangely enough, it does.

Maybe a tool for bending the Deck Lid springs in ?
