Whiskeyman, That would be the easiest part to reproduce. If you look around you can find meshing that is real close if not right on. I dont remember exactly what the edges of the mesh looks like. Anyone have some pics. front and back? I started to look into doing this but got sidetracked as always. Its still on my list though. Im sure they originally Just bought the honeycomb mesh off ebay. Right? I actually found some on the internet that look close and had it saved but I just deleted it because this Stupid laptop is acting up.

Welcome. You should get in touch with 71challengerSE. If he can repop them it would be nice to have NOS for the molds. If you want to sell your grill send me a PM.

NOS=New Old Stock. We all know that. So you DIDN'T have to type the last 13 words. Just kidding.

If you only need the inner grill and you not too worried about the 100% factory look it wouldnt be that hard to do Its hard to tell from the pictures if its a one piece stamped or if the honeycomb is attached to the outer solid portion. If its a one piece deal that would be complicated and costly. But if its two pieces that are attached it would be easier to do. Aluminiun can be formed easily.

72BLUE400 Great deal on your grill. Would you mind posting some closeup pics of the inner grill. Thanks.
