Wow those are nice. I needed to come up with something fast . I had some pieces of aluminum conduit hanging around so I cut them to lenght and with a little persuasion a bolt fit right in the end. Threw a nut on it with a washer and a rubber washer, put a little plastic cap on the top and gave em' a quick black spray. They work but would like to have some nice ones. I saw a set a guy made that were a clear acrylic. The heat shrink sounds like a great idea, cause the paint is chipping off mine.P1011199.jpg

Great idea/great job snakeeather. Damn I've seen a few pictures of your car but the ones in this post really shows off the reality of the ride height. That thing looks like it's a foot and a half off the ground. Remind me of the set up one my 70 when I got it. Torsion bars jacked all the way up and shock extensions. It had around 80K miles on it and the front end was literally beat to hell.
