What do you think of this look?

Naw, I pulled the hemi and replaced it with the leaning tower of power!! LOL! $2K is a pretty good deal for a car that is worth five figures on a really bad day. I seem to miss those deals too.

I had a guy buggin the piss out of me asking what was under the hood of my Charger at the gas station, I kept telling him it had a /6 in it.....

looks good I had 50s and 60s on my old 67 charger I like it. bob

Wheels an tires a very much a personal choice on a car and you are the one that has to be satisfied with the look.

Personally I like those wheels but would not run them on that color of car. I think they look much better on a light colored car and you have the luxury of painting them a variety of shades of charcoal. I think the darker color cars look better with a chrome wheel.

My 66 has a set of repo Magnum 500s (wrong Mopar name but what everyone calls them) which are 15 x 7s front with 235s and 15x8s rear with 275s. They were previously bought/for used on my 69 6 pack Bee.

If you had these wheels prior and want to sell the car I would not make a change as most will find them just fine. It is when you find that car you intend to keep for a long time that you may want to spend extra money for something like this to satisfy your own likes.

Not to sidetrack...but i would love to see the hideaway headlight system on a Coronet

I think it looks good. I have a old school rake with cragers on mine with 275 60 15s back and 14s in the front. I have thought about leveling it out with bigger tires in front. At least my oil pan would not rub anymore.
