I have a bead on a NOS 77 Cordoba rear bumper. Mine is pretty bad and I think repairing and rechroming would be fairly expensive.

What do you think its worth?

Thanks for your input.

I think I would see what a nice used would run first. You got to believe there are some out there. I know one wheel opening moulding for my 1975 Roadrunner is 145.00 (nos) I can't imagine what a nos rear bumper would run.

Sounds like he wants less than what it would take to repair yours and get it chromed....

Have you seen pictures or seen it in person? N.O.S. doesn't necessarily = N.I.C.E.

I've seen pictures, its in good shape.

btw, Duck Soup is my favorite movie! Hail Freedonia!

$325 was a good deal, $450 not so good. Did you look into how much cash to have yours rechromed?

$450.00 is a heck of a good deal in my opinion. Don't let it slip away cause you might not get another chance at a good one. As you likely already know, the ones for sale are mostly in pretty bad shape and when you install don't forget to lighten the load on that inner bumper.

I went for it! You just don't know when the opportunity will present itself again. BTW, what do you mean lighten the load on the inner bumper?

Rechroming here in the Toronto, Ontario, Canada area is about $1000! At $450ish getting a perfect bumper is a bargain not to be passed!!
100% the right choice Chykov.
