Tallhair, that was my first thought.
Harper, what are you plans for the Satellite?

Yeah...my 4th grade teacher had incredible model type facial structure, thin yet curvy body, and long, straight auburn/red hair.

Guess what my wife looks like?

BTW- nice find on the car.

she was 27 years ago lol

my first thought's were to buy the car for the engine and trans for my daughters 69 charger...
however I am thinking this would make a great daily driver for myself...

so I am seriously thinking of fixing it up and driving it....I will sell it for around $2400 if anyone is interested. other than that, this weekend should be spend getting it running, replacing the hooptie wheels with some stock ones and just cleaning it up a bit.

I am pretty excited about it, I have always loved this car from back in the day when my teacher had it...

oh and YY1 I am with ya on the redhair bud.... Love me a redheaded woman, my wife is a brunette with just a hint of red :)

Hey Harper - can you post a few more photos showing the AC lines and how they are routed? I'm in the process of doing a complete underhood resto on my 72 SSP. My plans are to re-install the AC after the previous owner removed it. Photos would be great since it looks as if your 72 is orginal under the hood.

I sure can, it may be Saturday before I get them posted up, but I def can hook u up with pictures..
I may need the same somewhere down the road on other items, so I am glad to be able to do my part.

I did a pretty good walk down of the car tonight after it was delivered today. I am stoked at how original it is and how decent of shape its in.
I have always been a FORD guy, but my first car was a 64 dodge dart 4 dr ...so I still have MOPAR in my blood :)

I will do my best to crank this beast Saturday and will post up more pics of the ac lines etc...

Green with jealousy. I can't get enough of the '71-'72s. Best front end of any car ever made. Well done.

ok today I put on a missing coil wire from the dist. still would not crank...
ran 12 volt wire straight from battery to coil + and still would not crank...
ah...now I remember it has points on this old model, lol filed the points and poured gas straight into the 1V carb and it fires off.
runs for a few seconds and I mean 2 or 3 maybe, then dies.
it seems to be lacking getting fuel, I will investigate the fuel system farther tomorrow when I get up.

the key switch has been replaced however the starter will not spin over with the key...had to old school it with a screw driver across the solenoid.

pics to follow on the ac system 43tutor

here are a few shots of the AC lines as promised.

hope this helps...
I am sure I will need a returned favor with this car :)
