Hello,

I am new to FBBO, but a long time member of Forabodiesonly. I have a Custom Pro Street 69 Dart and I just acquired a 73 Satellite Wagon. My plans are to make the wagon a nice reliable cruiser ( a bit larger modern wheels, A/C, restored interior, freshen up motor and eventually paint and body). I know how helpful FABO was/is with the help of my dart, so I thought I would look for the guys over here for helpful information on my new project.

First things first, I have to swap out the ford wheels it came with..hehe. Can anyone tell me the widest wheel /tire combo I can get under the car without rubbing or making major modifications?

Thanks so much in advance and I look forward to being part of FBBO.

Welcome aboard! Looks like you have yourself a nice wagon project going congrats! I had a 65 coronet wagon for several years and sold it. Wagons are fun for the whole family.

Welcome aboard, cool wagon.

Thanks for the welcome! Pulled out all of the interior today and not only is everything there, the floors and the rest of the interior panels are rock solid (seat upholstery, dash cover and headliner are shot).. The cleaning begins..

Thanks again and I'll stay posted!

Welcome aboard from the state of Maryland. Wagons are cool Big fat tires on the back, little skinneys on the front with Cragar SS 5 spoke chrome wheels.
