Went to E/town this past weekend and blew out a freeze out plug on the big end.Car got sideways and tagged the wall with the left fender,the right front tire exploded while I had the brakes locked sliding sideways and damaged the rim.


All skid marks are on the track only:icon_eyes:

Anyone know where I can find a left fender?????????????????????????

Ill start beating the bushes for a fender hope somebody is hiding one under a pair of polara doors for my car haha
 
Man that blows. Glad that was the only damage and you weren't hurt.
I buddy of mine in St. Louis has a nice fender that he can bring to the Nats. Shoot me a PM for his info.
 
Ouch!! I hope you find the parts soon to repair the car. Glad to hear there were no injury's to yourself.
 
WOW OMFG That royally sucks, it's good to see your OK & No skid marks in the shorts either... Good luck bringing her back to life, maybe even better or at-least like she was before, you tagged the wall @ 125mph... Good to see it was "somewhat minor damage", especially for that speed & I'm sure you well know, it could have been much, much worse...

That sucks!!!! I feel your pain though!!!! I went through the same thing about 5 years ago. Luckily I stayed out of the wall some how.Same thing about 122mph freeze plug blew out on a 10.0 small tire car! What really suck was the right front wheel folded over and locked up. Putting me in a nasty spin !!!!! How the hell it didn't hit the wall or the car next to me is unbelievable. That's the last time I drive someone else car!!!!!!!!

Rt front tire huh:icon_eyes: When I got completely sideways after hitting the left wall,the front rt curled under and blew out.The remaining 3 tires have flat spots!:angryfire:

Oh man! That's just awful, luckily you didn't flip over the wall at that speed. Would've been alot worse and glad you are ok, damn good driving to bring it to a stop with that minimal of damage. Hope you find the needed parts you are looking for to get back up to par. GLWR.
