Goodmark rear seat pan?

66-70 b body rear seat pan, anyone use this? I am curious about the fitment. What appeals to me is that it has the mountings for the rear seat where as the AMD does not (they are gone on my pan, cannot be reused). The goodmark piece looks like it does not have the pinion snubber plate on it. Can anyone shed any light on this?

Here's athread that lists several sources for AMD panels anyway if you decide to go that route. So far Summit has the best price by far on a full floor for my 62 Dart. Waiting to hear from 521 yet.
