Question about Phoenix Az.

I may be in Phoenix later this week (Aug.28 - Sept.1 / 2013) and was wondering if there are any good places to go take some weekly cruise events? Anyone have any suggestions?

There is a "show" at the Pavillions in Scottsdale ... every Saturday usually filled up with cars by 4:00. It's located about 1/2 mile west of the 101 on north side of Indian Bend road.

That show seems to be going year round. I go to AZ every Christmas and have been to that shindig a few times.

We used to have a small cruise-in at the Albertsons in Goodyear every Wednesday night. I've been out of state since 2005 so I can't say for sure if they still do it. Or if Albertsons is even there. Or anything, really. Don't know why I even replied 'cept fer I miss AZ.

The Pavilions in Scottsdale is a safe bet for a cruise-in/show.

How can you miss the stagnant air and the burnt dirt landscape? That state is a wasteland compared to the beauty in Oregon!

Whadda ya mean that state.i was born and raised in AZ.and let me tell ya..we got the foothills to the rockies here part of the 7 wonders..from desolate deserts to the baddest thickest woods you ever seen in The White Mountains From.blue spruce ,oak,all the trees in the world are here.snow so freakin deep you'd be stuck out there for a year.i live on the edge of the White Mountains of AZ.and let me tell you I wouldn't move anywhere else even if you paid me.i love the looks of Oregon but nope nothing has what AZ has.and the air is as fresh as the 1st day of God's creation.Id take the pepsi challenge any day w/Oregon.any day......I think all of our states have their own beauty and AZ.is def.one of em.....ps..as far as a car show goes come on up to PineTop at the end of Sept.."it's the 30th.annual Run to the Pines" this year...Awesome 60 degree wheather all day long and the baddest stretch of cars you ever seen.like a 10 mile stretch of cars..cruisin back and forth all day and all through the evening.of coarse,All Weekend long..and and on the golf coarse up here is the Ultimate Car Show.in The Woods.thick a..woods.it borders the the Apache Res.and if you wanna gamble it's right by the Hondah Casino.if you take a break from the cruise'in.and wanna fish.there's more trout lakes up here than you can count..The Black.River.ect..all of these places loaded w/Apache,Rainbow,and German trout...ect.....try it you;ll like it....sorry for the long note.got carried away..nice car show though.God Bless..Barry..
