Unfortunately my health has gone further south. Keeping the car at this point makes no sense. I think this car is the best restored 1967 Hemi GTX in existence. It speaks for itself. It is all original sheet metal, all original drivetrain with the motor rebuilt by the best, Larry Shepard. All suspension and steering is restored but original. Just too much to list. It has two original broadcast sheets and Chrysler Historical documentation. All hidden body numbers match the original fender tag and documentation. This car is for a serious collector to enjoy and win more 1st place awards. 140K
If interested send me a PM and we can discuss it further.
Thank you for looking.:sad10:

Sorry to hear of your health problems, your car is a beauty and I hope you find a good home for it. Good luck with your sale and, more importantly, your health.

Painful decision ....Wishing you well with your health & sale .........

I too am very sorry to hear of your health issues. I would love to see pics of your car, it sounds like a beauty. Best of luck to you.

Jeff

skyman i will send up all the prayers i can,so all the blessings of good health will come down to you.there is a mopar god.

P9200159.jpgThank you one and all for your prayers and kind words. This is a terrible decision to make but the money in the bank is more comforting now and does not require care and feeding. This is an incredible car, and predjudice I might be, I have not seen another that even comes close. A glareing repro that drove me nuts was the flip top gas cap. I replaced it with a NOS one that had never been out of the box. Money well spent. All black painted items are powder coated but original. The motor is an absolute work of art. I hope someone that truly appreciates the rarity of this car comes along.

The above photo is a 1st place winner at the Concourse de Elegance at the Glenmoor Country Club, Glenmoor, N.Y.

Meep-Meep your comments are most kind and gracious.
As far as the car, it really is without exaggeration, the finest restored 1967 Hemi GTX I have seen. Not only is it restored very correctly, but the amount of the original car present is quite rare. Having said that, this is not a car I can sell inexpensively. It is for someone that wants the finest and can afford it. I am happy to discuss the car and the price with a serious buyer. Feel free to contact me.

Regardless of health issues, I just can't part with this car. I am going to keep it, and keep on trucking.

No worries my friend. The gas cap was driving me nuts too. The NOS one that is now on the car was worth every penny!

Well, it appears that you found a good home for the car and I'm sure it will provide some positive vibes. Keep on truckin - hemi style.

Hagerty Insurance was reviewing the coverage on my two cars. The Mopar expert spent three days looking at more photos and description of my Hemi GTX. They increased the agreed insured value by 50%. They said it truly is in a class of very few cars.
