Hello everyone, i have recently joined the forum. Everyone here has been very helpful and i can tell there is a lot of good info and knowledge to be had here. I am restoring a 1969 Roadrunner Post Coupe, F5 Green, 383, 4 speed, Air Grabber, etc. I am sure i will have some questions as i get further into the project. Just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.

Hello from Brighton! It's good to have another Michigan Mopar enthusiast on the board.

And my car says hi to your car too!

Welcome from Farmington Michigan

Welcome from Three Rivers Michigan. Post some pix of your car, we'd love to see it.

welcome to FBBO, I do love them RR's

Will, do. Its in various states of restoration but its still cool. I have 95% of all the parts, original hood, air grabber, engine, 4 speed, got it all! Its being media blasted this week actually, planning on getting the paint done shortly after.

From warren here. Good luck with the project. Is anyone going to the capac car show this weekend? I will be there.

Welcome Aboard from Tawas City, MI. I actually bought that exact same car new in 1969 and restored another one exactly the same again about 15 years later. Good Luck with your restoration.

Welcome from the State of Maryland. You have stumbled on the best Mopar community on the net. The knowledge here is just incredible, can answer any question or solve any problem you may have. We have the best and most knowledgeable members here that you will find anywhere. Pull up a Mopar bucket seat, get you a beer or beverage of your choice and enjoy the journey from guys from around the world.

Welcome from Illinois. Nicely optioned car and it looks really solid to boot. Looking forward to the after pics once the media blasting is done.

Will you have a chance to see it before it's primed? Donnie (our resident blasting expert) recommends either getting a separate company to prime or making sure you get a chance to see it first.

Sterling Heights, MI here...

Was/is this car for sale somewhere? I looked at one for sale (online) that was a green 1969 RR air grabber car in similar condition.
I would love to have one (1969 RR 4-speed air grabber)

Yes, i will get a chance to see it after the media blasting. I have to check it out to determine how rusty the lower quarter panels are. Its a really solid car but like i mentioned the lower quarters and the trunk pan need attention. I bought this car a few years ago out of a barn in Montana and had it shipped to me. It is a well optioned and is pretty solid. I should have more pics this week after the media blast, i will post them and see what you guys think.
