They look like 1970 - 71 Challenger wheels.

Yes worth $150 with the trim rings if they are beat to hell and still look nice. It's a steal if they come with the tires if they are usable and you like them. The center logo is probably just a sticker someone put on. How deep are the centers? Ford ones are shallower than Mopar cones.
If the wheels are 15 x 7 they are from a Ford which is OK and more desirable in my opinion. 14 x 5.5 or 6 could be Mopar. If the tires are off and you see a pentastar they are obviously Mopar.
