does any one here know mr. jim[dean] miller from greely Colorado?he has had my money for the stealth heads he had listed here since 1 week before thanksgiving and I still have no heads.he also received money fom another member here for the 512 rotating kit and he jerking him also.thanks,sam.
 
that sucks, hope u get your parts or at least your money back
 
Being that he is a senior member here I doubt he is a crook. Im sure there is good reason for the delay
 
Yup I bought the 512 kit he posted and sent payment, he stated that he received it and still no word from him on shipping info. Multiple PM's and seeing him online daily tells me he is checking his PM's and choosing not to respond to either of us..

That sucks!
I usually reserve my thoughts on these matters, but this one has my attention and opinion!
There are two guys at the same time looking for answers on good faith purchases from the same seller..... With the seller being online regularly, it would suggest that he has NO reason to ignore PM's from those who purchased merchandise from him,,, and with the time passed since purchase,,, I would suggest something is QUITE WRONG with these dealings.....
If the seller is waiting on checks to clear,,,, he should have said so,,,, If checks haven't shown up in this time-frame,,, he should have said so.... According to my calculations, he has had plenty of opportunities to do the right thing,,, and has chosen NOT to......

Granted my payment was said to have been received the 9th so its only been a week for me but still I feel I should get a response to why it has not been shipped or any response at all would help.

No need to wait for a check to clear it was money order.

I usually wait two weeks after sending a payment before I start worrying or asking where my item is. As for Paypal, I will never use it, or ebay again.

whats that have to do with this, sounds like these people paid what for the items. not a money issues but a lack of responsibility by the seller to communicate or lack of the items even existing.

he received my postal money orders on 11-21-13,so your big ideas little pockets ain't flyin here.
 
I purchased some fiber glass sedan doors from him. It took him almost 3 weeks after he received payment for him to ship them, and he did not pack them. Just stuck a shipping label on each door and off they went to Gray Hound. Need less to say they arrived damaged. When I called him to talk about the damage he said the doors were fine and he had no problems with them fitting his car. Kinda hard to confront some one face to face when he is in Colorado and I am on the east coast in New Jersey.
I will never buy any thing from him again and I would not recommend any one else to buy from him.
Good luck getting your engine parts and hope to hell he packs the stuff.
 
Been using PayPal for over 10 years now with no problems and would like to hear of others that have had problems. I'm a 'verified' user with a credit card and checking account on file that's only used for PayPal and I only do that for my own peace of mind....
 
This guy should get negative feedback under his trader score regardless if it turns out fine... This is no way to treat customers
