This is a Very nice/Excellent Condition 68-70 B Body rally dash Cluster.it DOES NOT have the Tic Toc Tach.it has the clock.Comes with the 150 mph speedo and all switches.would be great to replace that old yellow worn cluster $400

The rocker switch beside the red parking brake indicator is for the four way flashers. For 1970 the switch was moved to the steering column and this area on the dash was blank.
