Newbie here, waiting for the sunny weather. What are the top 5 tools you carry in your old car with you?

Socket set, wrench set, screwdrivers, pliers, vise grips

I think runnerman summed it up.....
With that, we could completely disassemble our old cars..... Doesn't take much!

DUCK TAPE...............leatherman’s pilers.....vise grip... hammer.....adjustable wrench....

cash ,gun and money, cell phone, along with small tool box

Way more than MacGuyver would take

Although I went out last weekend and felt naked without my toolbox, even though I didn't need it.

Roadrunner said it, plus I generally carry a bit of wire with tape. And zip ties.

My pocket knife, that's it.
although I probably should get a small tool kit to leave in the car.

Duck tape, a 36 pack of Condoms xx Large, 1911 Springfield Armory .45 ACP, Adustable Wrench Screw Driver, Vise Grips "American Made" a bag of Weed and a Fifth of Dewars.

When I was driving my older car, I carried pretty much nothing and also didn't need any condoms :D

None. Hope it dont break down. I dont even have a spare tire. A fire extinguisher makes sense. Other than that or a spare, what else can I do on the side of the road. Ballast resistor can be plugged in without having to mount it, but I have never had one crap out on me in 22 years. Now that I just jinxed myself I expect this to be the year it happens.

A good flashlight, A a spare ecu box, spare coil and all the above is what I carry in a duffle bag that fits in the corner of the trunk. I forgot, Everything to detail the car.

My Hagerty's Insurance card...it covers everything.

All very good suggestions. Thank you for the replies. One thing I didn't see is a breaker bar and sockets for the wheels. My ride has different lug nuts front too back.
