Number one is the 70 RR. Nothing else comes close !!!

yes it is.............:icon_sunny:

2nd place? = 1969 1/2 A 12 Super Bee

Sorry I disagree. I submit to you that it would be the 1971 Satellite/Roadrunner/GTX

Yea ok .... To each there own.... :)

Never owned a 68 Charger but I also think it's the best looking of them all but dang, they're all good looking to me.

you all are wrong...but that is the beauty of this hobby..something out there for everyone...

Uggg...

You know.....if you start a thread and post your opinion, folks are going to post theirs as well. Was the point of this thread to call the folks out that don't agree with you and reply with sarcasm, or just to see how many are batting in your corner? People are going to be bias on what they own.... Don't give'em flak about it.

Bingo!

Personally, I think the '68 Charger is a damned good looking design, there's something out there for everyone. Some of us happen to have a bias towards other cars (like the '69 line up of Plymouth B-bodies).

yea I think the 69 road runner is the best looking but that's my opinion

Yea, what he said. I like the rear most of the three original RR years.
Coke bottle B bodes are my favoirte. All of them.
These are the years Chrysler got it right in style department.
Not that there is anything wrong with earlier B Bodies.
Beauty is in the eye.'And they have a certain appeal.

Look, objectively the coke bottle Charger is probably going to win a popularity contest from any car survey.
But after the Hollywood pinheads finished making all those movies with it, the bloom is off the rose for me.
They should have stopped after Bullitt.
Ok, maybe Dirty Mary Crazy Larry.
Now the Hollywood types buy them and act the fool.
I’d feel stupid driving one now.
If you have one or a dozen. MOPower to you. I’m jealous and happy for you.
You have a great, famous car.

But I’m going with a car that, for me at least, is the ultimate Cool.
It’s named after an iconic cartoon character.
The Road Runner has more panache than a Charger.
Yep, that’s a pun.
And it looks just a nice IMO.

I have to agree it is a 68' but I also own one. However, that said I can ride with the best of them, But The scariest ride I ever had was in a 1971 GTX 440-6 BBL, four speed with a guy that knew how to drive it. (Aug of 1971) After I got out I went looking for a Beer. I loved that car, and if I could afford one, I would have one. Midnight forest green, with trac pack pkg.

I like the first year of a new design because of its originality. Subsequent years with little more than cosmetic change just don't cut it for me. The one that I would call the best depends on the day of the week. On Monday's is the 68 Charger, Tuesday is the 66 Charger, Wednesday is the 68 Road Runner and so on.

I depart from the crowd on Sunday and would vote for a 75 Doba that has the disco stuff removed and the 400 engine worked over. When the disco stuff is removed and you are left the basic car lines are really great.

You are all wrong it's a 70 RR or a 68 Coronet R/T ...

We all like what we like :)
