A buddy of mine here in Los Angeles picked up this '65 Belvedere last year for $900, minus the motor. The body was in this condition, he swapped in a 440, did the suspension/disc brake conversion and put a 3.55 super grip in it, and some interior work.
Wow!! What a score. And It looks like he's going about it the right way. Engine bay already painted and engine itself all detailed. Car looks very understated / old school.
