hello may name is dave , I found this forum after looking for parts for my 1973 roadrunner. I was glad to find a community of people that can help me put my baby where it should be. about my baby she is a 1973 Plymouth roadrunner numbers matching 340 car, original lemon twist car. i watched this car sit and rust a tiny bit more every year since i was 11,before that the car was drag racing down a local street near where i grew up, i have fond memories of this car (and the women that drove it).as the years past i moved around a bit and was into dirt track racing and off roading so wasn't much for hot rods.then last year i had found out the women who owned the car was having her son fix it, so i thought my chance to own her would disappear. as fate would have it the women sadly passed away a couple months ago.in December i had went to see what her son was doing with the car,and he was selling parts off it. well after almost choking him out, i regained composure and began negotiating for the price for the whole thing.got it pretty cheap considering how nice it was. shes not in to bad shape (was in small carport for years)floors are solid, trunk is oly half bad ,quarters aren't great, but the rest is very nice.engine runs not great but im working on it.all rubber on the car is dried and cracked brakes don't work.but its only the beginning. stay tuned its gonna get better. Oh yeah, I'm surprised the woman's son didnt give it to you, if you were choking me, I'd give it up freely...LOL
