I recently purchased an entire polygraphite front end kit, sway bar, and a front disc brake conversion kit from PST. Everything arrived on time, but I noticed the brake kit was not what I ordered. Not sure if everyone knows this, but it definitely isn't advertised anywhere on PST's website that the brake kits they sell are actually "The Right Stuff" kits. You can save yourself over $100 if you go to a competitor like Summit to order the same kit. I feel and hope PST starts sharing this little bit of info on their web site. When you look at the brake kit description all it talks about is PST's brake kits are this and that. I'm happy with the product, but feel dooped for the cash. PST did work with me on correcting this when I spoke with them so thank you for that. I will continue to order their products. I just want to know what their products are when I'm ordering.

Thats marketing. Not all companys make there own parts and alot by from other manufactures. Its nice to see thay did work with you on it and that show what a Good company thay are !
Its tuff but these days you realy need to shop around for sure. I am a distributer for a leading performance supplyer and thay sell QA1 parts. BUT at My cost and shipping it was Cheaper to go to Summit and get them!?!
Go figure ?

Here is food for thought and take it for what it is. We sell the kit for $699 retail. If you use your forum discount of 10% that means the kit costs you $629. That is benefit on being a member here as we like to to support the mopar hobby and that is 10% on a whole order not just a brake kit so in fact you may save even more on a large multiple part order. So we may not be the cheapest on all aspect of our parts but We Do Make A Good Portion of Our Parts and ALL are back by our customer service and our lifetime limited warranty.

Thanks
James

Also mostl larger companies run deals like free shipping for a set amount of time. PST has been sponsoring this site for 2 years now and has had the member discount available the whole time.

Stand up rite there folks !!
I don't even have any of the PST stuff (yet) But being on the Shop owner side of the fence I think this was very well put !
To be Honest the Mail order companies is what put my shop out ! Got real hard to give a custome first hand info and setup and tune spec's on performance parts that not only did we stock and sell But Used every weekend only to have them pull a mail order book out and ask why can't I do them a better price ?!?!
Damn shame i had to pay for the place to sell out of AND pay for all the stock on hand so he can get to the track by 2 after he lost the jet in the drive way and tore the gasket !!
Well you get the pic as even after being closed for 10 years it still Blow's my cap !!
Point being if one is here. I understand where you are comeing from as we all are on a Tight budget these day! But I also give a hand to James for posting what he said here !! Hat of to both of you ! :jerk:
