Something new is in store................

I love that car and I get first dibs!! I was going to say 69 Charger because of the Holley, but then the engine is turquoise. Should be orange, right? The Holley was definitely available on the 69 but not the 68 that I'm aware of. Or does the freon pump throw everything off?

Does this mean you're not buying Eddie Murphy's mansion in Lincoln?

The engine hasn't been out of the car & that's the color it is. I'm not up on 383's; the last one I owned was in 1978 and that was a 1970 which was orange. The build date for this car is 904.

And no, I'm not buying Eddie's shack.

I was close! I picked snot green for a colour, but it ended up snot yellow, or you could call it "OLD Fart Beige"!!!

Nice car RC. Now pull your pants up to mid chest & enjoy the ride.

Looks very nice, tell us more of her life. We'll enjoy and good luck with the delivery.

Hey that's a members car from over at DC.com about 150ish miles south of me.
Haven't spent much time over there, didn't know he was selling.

Nice car!

You are supposed to keep me informed about these things!!!

I'm pretty sure, in 69 if you had a 383 with A/C, the engines are 330hp and are turquoise. Had it been without A/C it would have been 335hp and orange. Same in 69 if a 440 I believe.

Did you try U-Ship for getting it to ya ?
I use to Haul for them and you can put your transport out on Bid and also see feed Back on the shipper.

That's a good looking Charger! What are the plans for it?

I shipped my Roadrunner with All American Transport. From Indy to Philly it cost $500. Talk to Vivian. Bought the car on a Wednesday in Indy, spoke to them on the phone while at the seller's house, they picked it up on Friday at the seller's house and delivered it to my door on Sunday morning. Very happy with the experience. The site is here: www.allamericantransport.net

Good luck with the Charger. She's a beaut.

Make sure it's roadworthy, drive it & enjoy it for what it is.

It must be nice to be DICK...LOL... who are you shipping it thru ?, I had very good luck/experiences with Reliable Carriers... I've used a couple no-name carriers/transporters/brokers on some discount shipping/brokers site, price shopping to save $100-$200, being a cheap a$$ in the past & I had a bad experiences with, it took twice as long as it should have, one took well over a month & then I still had to go somewhere else to pick it up, instead of contracted door to door delivery, also I never knew were the car was {you have a tracker with Reliable}, my car wasn't inside a enclosed trailer/hauler coming across country, in less than desirable weather etc., was caught in a hail storm in Flagstaff... I know that, I won't use the brokers route or any other discount cheapo carrier, ever again, sometimes you get what you pay for... They/Reliable treated my POS roller/project car 69 Barracuda, I bought in INDY at some car corral, the same as a hi-$$$$ ride being transported too, covers on the car, the floors, seats, steering wheel, peddles etc. & a detail description/check list of condition before & after delivery, I had to sign off on, drivers are real car guys, not just hired truckers... Good luck with your new 68 Charger Driver w-A/C....
