alterkation or magnumforce front suspenion

anyone use either the Magnumforce or alterkation k member assemblies on their B body

I building a 69 cornet convertible and want a suspension upgrade for cruising but also will handle better

car will be used to go to local shows , cruise nights but also want to be able to drive it shows in other states

not sure if this is the way to go

Alterkation hands down. Better design IMO. Everything is braced from underneath on the Alterkation.

do you drive you car on longer runs, the reason I ask is ive heard the alterkation wont handle the stress of long runs or Dailey driveing

There are people road racing with Altercations so street driving is not going to hurt it. I wonder how many drag cars have yanked the front end off of the ground, broke or spun and landed hard on the Altercation without breaking it.

I don't have either but like the design of the Altercation better. The support for the coil over is beefier than trying to use the shock tower attachment point IMHO.

I don't see it but I thought the Altercation had an option of using an airbag. Talk about comfort!

I don't have either one but like the design of the Alterkation better. Don't like how the coil over shocks are putting all the stress on the shock towers like the Magnumforce.

It steers and drives like a new car. The handling is incredible. You can dart in and out of traffic as easy as in my wife's 05 Stang. It handles so different from a stock front end. Can't see why it won't hold up to lots of street use? I don't have many miles on mine yet but I plan to this summer.

i got the alterktion on my 70 and that thing is a work of art and bolted right up. everything was perfect fit. cant wait to drive it. just added frame connecters. looked at the magnum force and didnt like the angles and shock towers. jmo
