I have some very small but noticeable hail dents on the hood of my car. Somebody told me if I heat up the hood either by sitting it outside on a very hot day or using a torch and holding it along ways away until the hood is warm to the touch then take a large piece of ice and rubbing it over the hood will help the dent pop out. Has anybody heard of this before and does it work? Or are there any other simple ways to remove the dents. thanks for any help
