Is my old manifold going to go on that car? Looks like a good starting point Jay!

looks good keep us posted on your progress

does anybody know what other cars doors will interchange with my 63 belvedere ?

'63 Dodge 330 or 440 sedan - not certain but '64 & '65 sedan doors may work also.

As far as door interchange the 63 door is the same cosmetically Skin) as the 64 and 65 door but differs mechanically (striker location), I have a 63 and had people argue with me about this but the 63 is not directly compatible with the 64&65 which are the same. I have a friend converting a 63 4 door to 2 door and he used a 64 as a donor, he can use those doors because he is using the door post off the 64 so the mechanical pieces match.

This is what I know about it ,on a 2 door sedan ,if it is a 1963 ,1964 1965 b body .The front door glass is the same for all three years .However the front vent window glass is not the same for all three years .1963 is different in size from the 1964/65 ,the door skin is the same for all three years ,but I think the upper frame of the door is not the same ,since they use different windshields from 1963 compared to the 64/65 .I think there would be a issue with the fit of the door at the windshield .

This is correct. We used '63 Plymouth two door sedan doors and B-pillar for the conversion on our '64 Dodge and we needed to graft the vent window frame from our four door doors onto the '63 doors to get the right shape for the A-pillars and vent windows. I documented it pretty good on my blog that is linked below but you may need to scroll a bunch to find it since it was a few years back.

1.63 Dodge or Plymouth B-Body 2dr sdn doors are the same.
2.64 and 65 Dodge or Plymouth B Body 2dr sdn doors are the same.
3.Differences in the 63 to the 64-65 doors. On the 63 the latches are different than the 64-65 and the 63 windshield lays back more,so the door frames are different than the 64-65. The door glass are all the same 63 to 65 Dodge or Plymouth. The vent glass( see pictures the 63 is more pointed than the 64-65) for 63 is its all own and the 64 and 65 are the same Dodge or Plymouth. The quarter glass are also all the same Dodge or Plymouth.

I have done research for 4 years between Hollanders, factory Mopar factory parts books, and gathering parts from parts cars. There are different ways the conversion can be done, but the easiest way is to find a donor car.The 63 donor car would give you all the right parts to do the conversion(latches and window frame)but the 64-65 could be used, the door frame would need to be changed as mentioned before.

Here are some reference pictures and a site that may help.

This site he uses a 2drht for the donor and uses the door frames from the 4 dr.
