OK, here's the prob. There are no FBBO t shirts available. You can get a decal or a hat. Or guess what? If you sell your b body and buy say a DART then you can join FABO and they got t shirts! Know what else? They got a key chain. That's right. T shirt anna KEYCHAIN. OMG, what has the years under the reign of our divine leader Mr. Obama taught us but that equality among the body styles is not only good but necessary for the common good.:glasses6: I for one think FBBO should have a t shirt anna keychain too.:headbang: And that t shirt should have CHARGER in big bold letters on the front. Scratch that . I have that one. Put FBBO.com on the back and our log in on the front. That way everybody can ask me why I am 1ol72charger4me and I have a 74 Charger and then I can explain how I don't care but I have a really cool new keychain though and do they want to see it. But I can't see because there aren't any t shirts or keychains available. But I will be damned if I am gonna sell the Charger just so I can buy some ol' Ruster for a keychain! No sir, not this guy. I gotta brand new smelly black Marks A lot marker and as soon as Goodwill opens I'll buy a used yella pit stained sorta white tshirt and make my own. Don't need a keychain for a while because I've torn my Charger apart so far out of my budget it may never see the light of day anyway. Or I may just buy a FABO keychain and use my marker to make my own. Or I may just buy the decal set and wrap one around my keys and stick the other one on my bare chest at car shows. That's one thing about b body owners. We is creative and not to be taken serious, EVER. Just tryin to be funny, don't be a hater.:icon_jokercolor:

I forgot. this is the site where I changed the 72 to a 74. Oh well. I'm a good driver. a really good driver. Dad lets me drive in the driveway.

Put the cup down, and slowly back away from the coffee pot...lol
You could always be the first to make and sell t-shirts for FBBO

Joey's already working on FBBO T-Shirts,
I believe it would be a copyright or trademark infringement {what ever} to produce them without Joey's permission...

We've asked this kind of stuff already, years ago, he gets bombarded with suggestions constantly, still today...

IMHO a Big Part of the problem is, he gets stuck with all the T-Shirts & Hats {even key-chains or decals made} etc.,
that people allegedly all say they all want, but don't actually buy...

It's an Old story, just new day & another complaint...

Too many people that don't actually step up to the plate & actually buy/purchase logoed wears, when they are produced & then offered for sale, people are generally really cheap, complain about the design or just want stuff free or some other reasons, probably too many to list, then they don't buy...
It's a perk & It helps to support the Forums he runs/owns, like the Gold Memberships do...

If he produces a bunch of "stuff" & it doesn't sell... Then he's out money spent &/or stuck holding the proverbial bag, for artwork & product...

This has been rehashed over & over too many times already...

The more active members, that post regularly, pretty much all know most all of this stuff already...

Leave it to Joey, he'll get around to it eventually... It's in the works

That's why I've offered to pay in advance, maybe if we all payed in advance? I know I'm still waiting seeing how I'm a T Shirt guy.

T-Shirts!!!!!! What the H**L is so damn important about T-Shirts???? Joey does just fine with his offerings. Maybe if you joined the Gold Account it might free up some money for T-Shirts. You just cannot please some People these days....GHEEEEZZZZ!!!!

Not all of us can afford a Gold Membership. I for one would love to buy a Gold, but at the moment can't do it. At some point and time I will, but not today. The same goes for shirts, keychains, decals, coffee mugs, hats and etc., but if I said I would commit to buy, then I would damn well buy. On the other hand if FABBO has these things then FBBO should have the equal, what makes us different. And yes I have read all the posts in the past about getting these things. Do we on FBBO make promises to buy and don't and FABBO makes the same promises and buys? If this is the case then I understand.

Lesson: I live in a small community West of Chicago. We used to have a "Homeowners Association". Every couple of years someone else would take the
reins and be "President". It was alot of work! After about Twenty-Five years, we have run out of "Presidents". No one wants to do it anymore. Not me
either! I'll end up in prison! So now I live in a nice community with no representation because it's too much work. I'm lucky to be able to belong to a forum
that someone actually wants to be our "President". It's alot of work! I don't have the time to do this stuff. I can come and go as I please, and all I have to
do is pay dues. What a deal! Thanks for listening!

Im sure Joey will be offering the T-shirts again, He better ours are getting old but look great with our new black caps! I think the biggest problem is he cant get enough of us to order them, I really cant afford the Gold membership and i don't use most of which is offered for it, but as a member and so much useful information i can get on here, i feel its my responsibility to support the family home, its not just the info i can get, ive met and now keep in touch with a lot of great folks on here! It really is a valuable asset in my love for these old cars and the others who share the same interest in them... :) MOHO

Do it like The Mopar Collectors Guide does, free t with a subscription so give a free t shirt with a gold membership.

I've lived this long, dark, nightmare with the Crownvic.net guys. I heard all the same promises... "I'll pay in advance"... "I want two, no three"... "We want good quality shirts, so if they cost more that's okay..." Then I dropped well over a grand getting shirts designed and made, and all those guys who were going to prepay, about 80% of them didn't so all that money came out of my bank account. Then when the shirts got there, all those "I want two for me, and three for my family" orders dropped to "I'll take one". And all the "I definitely want one!" guys suddenly had other things to do with their $21 bucks than spend it on a t-shirt. And you can't forget the "why isn't my year/model of car on the shirt?" crowd. :(

The only way to make a deal like this work, and not lose your shirt (pardon the pun), is make 100% of the sales pre-paid, and that's about impossible as well because a handfull of folks will pay, and then the order will be sitting around for months and months waiting for everyone else to pay and when they don't you have to refund the money you got.

Yea that is how it goes I probably still have 30 to 40 T-Shirts i had made up for our 4 wheel drive club that people never bought. It is realy hard to justify the expense when you are worried about getting stuck you always either have too many or not enough or someone just doesn't like the design............

I still have my Run your car not your mouth shirt.Hmmm kinda apropriate.lol

I wouldn't call that pre paid if you had them made before you had the money. I'm sure there are plenty of reasons but I'll keep my fingers crossed.

IIRC he said he/Joey said that he will need a 100 min. shirt count to even start... he'll said he'd get around to it, he's wanting to get rid of the hats first...
there are a few of us that will "probably" buy, a couple of shirts,
no matter what they look like,
I too want to see a design, but will buy some or one at-least anyway...

That's the problem... you never get the money. If you need to pre-sell 100 shirts, you'll get maybe 25 people who pay up front and then that's it. Then you have to decide how long you want to sit on the money the folks who did pay sent in and determine whether you want to take the risk and pay for the balance yourself (like I did), or refund the money and call it a day.

It would be awesome if those people who keep demanding shirts actually did follow through and pre-pay for them, but I've never heard of that happening.

I'm sure your right but I'd pay up front anyhow.

Doesn't matter, if prepaid we sit and wait anyway, If were waiting for them to be made again, lol its the same minus a few bucks on hand so we may change our mind, My wife and i still have the last ones made and im sure whatever design Joey picks will be the right ones for me, for all of us, im figuring hes on our side.. Im not worried, where do i sign up for a couple? Tis the way to go Joey, If something holds you up and they cant be made, ill wager my next Gold membership is paid. Go with the Gold Joey, lets make a deal :)
