Couple of more pictures

Here are some better shots of the engine for the Dart. 505 cid with factory air and a 2.94 rear gear. Should be a nice little cruiser.

Great looking ride! "Nice little cruiser" would be putting it mildly!

I was wondering why you used "red" for a sealer. Kind of a hard color to cover?

Keep us posted in your progress! I might have a special interest!

Used the red sealer to simulate the red primer that Dodge originally used on the car. Tried to stay some what original with the under side of the car in the dipped gray color then just allowing the over spray of the "primer and paint" to go where ever it wanted to under the car. The color is Dark Turquoise Metallic. I have not seen another 62 done in this original color. Just wanted to be a little different.
About the only thing I am missing is a pair of NOS back up light block off plates anybody have a pair?

I think I have a set of block off plates...let me see if I can find them

Update..
Found em. Pm me your postage address and I'll send them to you brother.

I love that color on the 62 Dart and that one looks great !! Ron

X2 Ron. I wouldn't have picked that color off a color chart but it looks great on your 62.

Ah OK on the color...thanks. No spare plates, just don't steal mine!

looking very I believe the color will stand out more when you see it further in the build I like it thanks for updating .:blob1:

What a crazy looking car! Those early b bodies had some styling! I love the color, should look awesome with that turquoise big block in it.

the dodge 017.jpgHere is a picture of my 66 Coronet that is also dark Turquoise metallic. Looks a little different in the sun. The polished stainless and chrome really makes this color come alive.

Looks like you're having way too much fun!

I'm jealous...

What heads did you use? Looks like you have four bolt valve covers but you could use them on a six bolt head, am I right...
