I have a survivor 1975 Roadrunner that has non power windows. The two front windows are the only windows that roll down. I met a gentleman last Friday night at a car show that told me he has an original 1975 Roadrunner with power windows and the back windows go down on the power window cars. I think it is really odd some of the production decisions Chrysler was making back in the day. Like putting two different sizes of gas tanks on B Bodies based on dual vs single exhaust! Anyhow it was something I never knew and thought I would pass the info along!

I also met a guy at a car show that told me his brother had a 69 SuperBee with a gull wing from the factory. And another guy insisted my 64 426W was a 383 Magnum, because the fender badges, and pie tin said so.

I would want a little more corroborating evidence than someone at a car show saying mine does this; just saying...

Back in the day some 50's cars had power vent and rear windows but the drivers and passenger windows were manual. Go figure.

My 75 has roll up windows and the back glass is static. My only trivia is that I can get the dash and cluster in and out in 30 minutes and a beer. It is much easier than my 69 charger ever was.

i also had a 77 charger with a dealer installed R/T package, which included a 440 six pack, 4 speed and 4.10 dana. sorry no pictures , my camera broke...

.....and ALL 75 - 79 B body mopars had fixed rear windows. any more than two that rolled down were drug induced

........ummm nevermind

Just to clarify.....

are you saying that even the hard tops and PW cars had fixed rear windows?

My 75 RR had crank windows, back ones were fixed position. Crank sunroof..Sorry no pics of it, white w white interior and black stripe pkg. Nice car Bill..

I am no 75 Roadrunner expert. However, google 1975 Roadrunner and hit images.
If you see ONE 75RR not photoshopped with the rear window down, please post it here.
I agree with most everyone here, too many Hallucinogens.
I even googled 1975 B body Monaco's and Coronets.
I di find what could be a couple with lowered rear window but they are promotional material, hard to tell.

Well my 1975 Roadrunner has crank windows and the only windows that roll down are the front. If you look at a brochure for the 1975 Fury it does show an interior shot of the door and it does show four power window switches. I would assume the man who I talked to who still has his power window 75 Roadrunner is correct.

believe that was only a option for the luxury models ,the Fury :icon_study:

I love this kind of stuff. There is less info on the internet about these cars because they are not popular and it makes it even better!

the 75 Road Runners have grown on me

Power windows were available on all 75 Fury models including RR

Numerous references in the data books and parts book reference a power window for '75 B bodies which included the rear window.
Not a common option = not seen a lot = "doesn't exist".

well put me in a corner and slap me in the face

great info , I guess I should make the statement that ALL 75-79 Dodge and Chrysler B bodies had fixed rear glass LOL , with MAYBE the exception of the 75 or 76 Base Charger which used the Plymouth body style

my 75 Coronet 2 door brougham has power rear windows so i don't know what to tell you

I stand corrected. Good to know, not that anyone will ever ask me.
